Daniel Kaplan
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Daniel holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.
Daniel is an experienced entrepreneur and has founded a number of companies in diverse fields, such as retail, software and Internet. Among them you find Kaplans Auktioner, Firm Factory Network and Tradera.com. As the CEO and founder of Tradera.com he created Swedens leading auction site (which was sold to Ebay in 2006 for MSEK 365). As CEO and advisor, Daniel has conducted numerous management for hire and corporate finance and M&A transactions within the energy, automotive, telecom- and Internet industries. Daniel has also been working as Senior Advisor within the OMX group and with Accenture Strategic Services.
Daniel is currently CEO of Firm Factory Network. In addition, Daniel serves both as chairman and member on several boards in the Midato group and companies associated with Firm Factory Network including Booli, Loanland, Hälsometern and Hyrahyra.
Peter Ahlgren
Member of the Board of Directors
Peter has a Master of Science in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.
Peter has worked as a strategy and management consultant at Accenture with focus on Financial Services and Telecom. Peter functioned as CFO of Service Factory AB, a mid-size Communication/IT Company. Responsibilities included Finance and Control, Legal, HR and Business support. In addition, Peter was responsible for setting up subsidiaries in Japan and UK, between 2001 and 2005. Peter has also acted in a number of interim management roles, the latest assignment was as interim CFO for a public Internet related company. Peter is currently on the board of five private and one public company. Peter is co-founder and a partner at Firm Factory Network since 2005, serving as CFO in numerous portfolio companies.
Lars Procheus
Member of the Board of Directors
Lars has a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Uppsala.
Lars has 30 years of senior management experience, including 17 years outside Sweden working at corporate and divisional levels for major companies in the US and Europe.
Lars career includes 8 years in the enterprise software industry, whereof 5 years at Intentia, first as European MD, followed by 4 years as global COO. He has furthermore spent 7 years as European CEO and Global Business Director for the Dutch/American industrial biotechnology company Genencor, and 11 years as a consultant, manager and director of PA Consulting Group in Scandinavia and UK. Before working and living outside Sweden, Lars worked as Marketing Manager for Vingresor and Brand Manager for Unilever.
Prior to working with Firm Factory Network as Partner, Lars worked for 3 years as entrepreneur in residence and advisor to small fast growing companies, primarily within the software and Internet industries.
Oskar Bjursten
Member of the Board of Directors
Oskar has a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Stockholm University.
Oskar has worked as Project Manager for OMX Technology within M&A and was responsible for several acquisitions made by OMX Technology. Oskar also held positions within sales and IT project management.
Oskar is furthermore a founder of several Internet start-ups, such as LyckoBingo, Booli and Bokcirklar.se. He is also a co-founder and partner of Firm Factory Network.
